When is the Nyle app launching?▾
The Nyle app is currently in final development and will launch on iOS and Android in the UAE in 2026. To be notified the moment it goes live, click "Download App" in the navigation above and add your email. We will notify you before anyone else.
How do I list my pet for adoption?▾
Adoption listings on Nyle are managed through our partner shelters (K9 Friends, Feline Friends Dubai, SNIFF, and Desert Dog Initiative). If your animal needs rehoming, we recommend contacting one of these shelters directly. If you are a registered shelter interested in partnering with Nyle, use the contact form above and select "Partner / Shelter."
How do I become a service provider on Nyle?▾
We are actively onboarding groomers, boarders, walkers, sitters, and veterinary clinics ahead of our app launch. Use the contact form above and select "Join as Provider." We will send you our onboarding pack, which includes our vetting process, insurance requirements, and commission structure. We only accept providers we can genuinely recommend to our users.
Are the pet supplies available now or only at app launch?▾
The website currently operates as a pre-launch preview. Our full fulfilment and delivery infrastructure goes live with the app. You can browse the catalogue now and place orders, but please note that order processing is pending our backend launch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order can be fulfilled and dispatched.
Does Nyle take a fee on donations?▾
No. 100% of donations go directly to the shelter or campaign. Nyle does not charge a platform fee on charitable donations. We cover our own operational costs through our product and service marketplace. This is a firm commitment, not a promotional statement.
