Nyle is a UAE pet care platform currently in pre launch preview. We operate the website nyle.ae and are developing the Nyle mobile application. Our registered business details will be published in full at the time of our official launch.

2. Information We Collect

During the pre launch period we collect only the information you choose to provide, such as your name and email address when joining our waitlist. We do not collect payment information, process orders, or retain sensitive personal data at this stage.

3. How We Use Your Information

Waitlist information is used solely to notify you when Nyle launches and to send occasional pre launch updates if you have opted in. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. The only exception is service providers we use to operate our waitlist infrastructure, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We use only essential session cookies required for the website to function. No tracking or advertising cookies are currently in use on nyle.ae.

1. Preview Status

Nyle is currently in pre launch preview mode. The website is available for browsing and waitlist registration only. No orders, bookings or transactions are being processed at this stage. All product listings, service descriptions and provider profiles are illustrative and subject to change prior to launch.

2. Provider and Listing Disclaimer

All provider, clinic, veterinarian, groomer, boarding host, shelter, walker and sitter names and listings on this website are for illustrative and placement purposes only. No active commercial relationship, partnership or affiliation has been established with any individual or organisation named. These are representative examples of the type of providers Nyle intends to work with at launch.

3. Use of the Platform

You may browse nyle.ae and register your interest via our waitlist. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access or disrupt the service for other users.

4. Nyle Treats

Nyle Treats are a planned loyalty reward feature. No Treats are active, accruing or redeemable during the pre launch period. Treats have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. The programme rules will be published at launch.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on nyle.ae, including the Nyle name, logo, brand assets and written content, is the property of Nyle and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nyle is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of or reliance on information on this pre launch website. All content is provided for informational purposes only.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms will be replaced by finalised terms of service reviewed by qualified legal counsel prior to the official launch of the Nyle platform.
